Jaled, 29, a protester, said NATO was not the solution to the war in Ukraine.
Organizers claimed 5,000 people had joined the march, but authorities put the number at 2,200.
Spanish Foreign Minister Jos Manuel Albেসres said in a newspaper interview published on Sunday that the summit would also shed light on the threat from the southern tip of Africa to Europe, where he said Russia posed a threat to Europe.
