It’s been a year since the Tata Tiago NRG debuted in India. To celebrate, Tata Motors has launched a new XT variant of Tiago NRG. The new Tata Tiago NRG XT variant has been launched in India at a price of Rs 6.42 lakh (ex-showroom). The company claims that the new Tiago car has been launched mainly focusing on the new buyers who will buy the car.
This new NRG XT variant of Tiago gets 14-inch Hyperstyle wheels, a 3.5-inch infotainment system powered by Harman, steering mounted controls, height adjustable driver seat and front fog lamps. Different features of this latest XT variant from the regular Tiago NRG include 14 inch hyperstyle wheels, height adjustable driver seat rear parcel shelf.
But this Tiago NRG is the car that is one of the attractions of the younger generation for its rugged character. Last July, it was seen that Tata Motors has set the all-time record in the domestic market in terms of sales. And of course the contribution of Tata Tiago car is significant there. Firstly, its low price, secondly, attractive looks and some impeccable features at a reasonable price.
Like the regular NRG Tiago model, the latest XT variant gets side cladding, black roof and accompanying rails, charcoal black interior color scheme and a ground clearance of 181mm. The new Tiago XT variant is 37mm longer than the regular model. However, the same 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine as the previous model is offered, churning out 84 bhp and offering 113 Nm of torque. This engine is again paired with a five-speed manual especially the five-speed AMT.

The Tata Tiago NRG, which was introduced last year i.e. the regular model, was also focused on first-time car buyers and the younger generation of drivers.
