Former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has died after being shot dead. He died at Nara Medical University Hospital at 5:03 a.m. local time, the BBC reported.
A press briefing from the hospital said that when the former prime minister was brought to the hospital, there were no signs that his condition was serious. Doctors said Shinzo Abe suffered cardiopulmonary arrest at the scene. The bullet hit Aber in the shoulder.
