Interview Date: As per published notification, the registration process for Agniveer recruitment drive is going to start in the first week of November. IAF has announced that the online exam will be held in January 2023. Any change in the said date and venue will be intimated to the candidates through notice.
.A tweet from the official Twitter handle of the Indian Air Force said, “Registration window for Agnivir Vayu Intake 01/2023 for male and female candidates of STAR 01/2023 will open in the first week of November 2022.” The organization also informed that, “The online examination will be held in the middle of January 2023.”
Under the Centre’s new Agnipath policy, around 46,000 Agnibirs will be recruited for the three services this year and 50,000 to 60,000 candidates annually thereafter. Only 25 percent of them will be rehired for the next 15 years. Apart from this, those candidates will get pension and lifetime health services and other benefits.
Candidates born between December 29, 1999 and June 29, 2005 are eligible to apply as per Air Force guidelines. But they should be citizens of India or Nepal.
