India’s 75 km road in 105 hours, India set world record Communications and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari announced on Wednesday that they had completed work on the 75-kilometer road between Amravati and Akola in Maharashtra in 105 hours and 33 minutes. With this, it took place in the Guinness World Records.

In a video message, Minister Nitin Gadkari said 720 workers took part in the project, accompanied by a neutral advisory team. They all worked day and night.

The Minister further said that the road that has been built is a record 37.5 km long. But because of the work done in its two lanes, a total of 85 kilometers of road has been built.

He added that work on the record-breaking road began at 6:27 a.m. on June 3. The work was completed on June 6 at 5 pm.
