Xiaomi has added three new smartphones to its Redmi Note series. The company’s latest flagship series is called the Redmi Note 12 Series. The new lineup features a 6.7-inch OLED display, dual SIM card slots, MIUI 13 custom skin based on Android 12 operating system, and Wi-Fi 6. There are three smartphones in this series – vanilla Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro+. Among them, the top model and the Plus model have a 200MP primary camera, 120W fast charging support and up to 12GB of RAM.
Redmi Note 12, Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Pro+ price and availability
For now, these Xiaomi phones have only been brought to the Chinese market. The company has not yet announced anything about when it will come to India. It is believed that this phone will appear in the Indian market at the beginning of the new year.
The most premium model of the series, the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ comes in three color variants – Blue, White and Black. The phone has been brought in two storage variants. The 8GB RAM + 256GB and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage models are priced at CNY 2,199 (Rs 25,000 approx) and CNY 2,399 (Rs 27,300 approx) respectively.
Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 12 Yibo Edition is priced at CNY 2,599 (Rs 29,600).
The Redmi Note 12 Pro phone will be available in four colors: White, Blue, Black and Purple. The phone has four storage variants.
-6GB RAM + 128GB Storage: CNY 1699 (Rs 19,300).
-8GB RAM + 128GB storage: CNY 1,799 (Rs 20,400).
-8GB RAM + 256GB storage: CNY 1,999 (Rs 22,700).

The Redmi Note 12 5G phone has three color models – Blue, White and Black. The four storage models are priced respectively:

The Redmi Note 12 series of phones have a lot in common with each other in terms of looks. Although the regular model of these has a lower cutout for the camera sensors on the back. Apart from this, the three phones Redmi Note 12, Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Pro+ have a flat-edge design, which is very similar to the iPhone 12 series. All three phones have a 3.5mm headphone jack. Other similarities include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, hole-punch OLED display, LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage among the three phones.
